Sheet metal screws are often used for attaching HVAC (duct work), metal window frames, automotive repairs, sheet metal applications as well as plastic applications. POZISQUARE Metal to Metal screws were designed as an interior screw for these types of applications

Drill Point

A self-drilling point pierces the metal without buckling it. This feature is needed when drilling through heavy gauge steel.

Pan or Hex Head

The hex head can be installed using a standard nut driver, however both Pan head and Hex head have the patented ACR recess meaning it can drive with a standard square bit as well as a POZISQUARE bit.

ACR

ACR stands for Anti Camout recess. There are ribs on the driver bit that engage in the patented recess to reduce stripping, provide increased torque, enhance off-angle drivability and offers a stick fit that makes screw driving easier. Pozisquare screws can be driven with a standard square driver bit included in the Metal to Metal screw box. However for the features of the patented ACR system, we recommend the Pozisquare driver bit that is also included.
