Engineered for all types of backer boards
No matter what type of board you use behind your tile, POZISQUARE Cement Board Screws are the best choice for fastening.
Drives Flush
When fastening cement board before tiling, it is important that the fastener head is driven in flush to the board without countersinking or marring the board itself. POZISQUARE Cement Board Screws have a patented knurling under the head that grinds the rock to a fine dust allowing the screw to sit more evenly for better tile adhesion.
Drives Easier
POZISQUARE Cement Board Screws have an extra sharp threading and gimlet point to drive faster.
ACR stands for Anti Camout recess. There are ribs on the driver bit that engage in the patented recess to reduce stripping, provide increased torque, enhance off-angle drivability and offers a stick fit that makes screw driving easier. Pozisquare screws can be driven with a standard square driver bit included in the Cement Board screw box. However for the features of the patented ACR system, we recommend the Pozisquare driver bit that too is included.
Increased Holding Power
When securing cement board, it is the head of the screw that fastens the cement board to the material under it. The POZISQUARE Cement Board Screws has a larger head thereby increasing the pull out value and adding strength where it is needed. The stamped textured head also allows for better spackle adhesion.
POZISQUARE Cement Board Screws are sized 9x1-5/8" for attaching material up to 5/8". They come in a 150 piece and a 1500 piece resealable container with a POZISQUARE driver bit and a #2 square driver bit.
